So right now I am sitting in the lobby of a Double Tree Hotel waiting to have my artwork reviewed by a representative of SCAD. Originally I wasn't too nervous, because its informal and everything and its not going to determine whether or not I get in. But I just found out that one of the two people reviewing the artwork is one of the animation professors. Meaning he's in one of the programs that I want into more than anything. I'm still trying to determine if I should do Visual FX, Animation or Game Design. Not sure what I want to do. I know I want to work on video games on the art side and maybe design, but if I do I want to be a high poly modeler which being in Visual FX would help. But Animation is fun because you get to bring characters to life and all that fun stuff. So I'm not sure. I found out a lot of helpful info today, so I'm pretty excited to go. The only thing I'm worried about is whether or not they'll like my artwork. Especially since most of the models I've made are based off of characters and objects from games and tv shows. I'm done rambling now. So yeah, I guess I'll update this later tonight or something if something awesome happens like a full ride scholarship is offered to me right there on the spot, doubt that will happen though
